Our products are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 1 - 3 business days from the time we process your payment. Please allow up to 15 business days (excluding weekends and publicly-recognised holidays) from your order confirmation and payment processing until delivery of your product.

 

We provide FREE Delivery within 25 Km radius from our showroom.  If your address is anywhere else in Victoria, for all large orders, and orders that contain glass, posts, handrails, long items and products that are unable to be sent by a standard courier, we will send a delivery invoice separately for shipping.
If you are unhappy with the cost of shipping, we will issue a full refund. 

 

We apologise for the inconvenience but due to many of our products being irregular in shape, and dealing in glass, shipping cannot always be calculated correctly and we wish to provide our customers with the lowest possible price for shipping.

Due to some customers choosing the incorrect shipping method and expecting us to cover the extra costs in shipping because they didn’t read our policy on shipping we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order.
