As this extraordinary situation continues to evolve, we’re doing everything we can to support Australian businesses and families, and provide the essential products and services you need.

At the same time, we’re responding quickly by changing what we do in our showroom and our free quotation system, to keep our team members and customers safe.

We’re keeping it clean & practising good hygiene


  • In order to minimise contact, we are no longer visiting properties to provide free quotations. However, we will still provide free online quotations.

  • When requesting a quotation we encourage you to take some measurements before contacting us.

  • Fill out the form in our REQUEST QUOTE page and make sure to include your measurements and as much information as you can regarding your needs. Keep in mind, you can also attach photos of your property to our form.

  • We will contact you within 24 hours to provide you a free quotation. 

We’re happy to serve you in our showroom – but at a distance.

While our showroom remain open, we’re practising social distancing. Here’s how:

  • Before you visit our showroom we encourage you to call us on 9794 5221 and make an appointment. This way, you will not be subject to long waiting times while we serve other customers and risk your health waiting.

The well-being of our customers and team remains our priority.

  • We urge you to stay indoors while our installers complete your job. 

  • Once the job is completed, our installers will let you know so you can inspect your job while they maintain their distance from you.

  • We’re asking you to use tap and pay  if you can, to avoid cash handling.

  • You can also pay by transferring funds to our bank account.

Our entire team has done a brilliant job in continuing to serve you during this unprecedented time. Thank you for showing them respect and gratitude.
